Our vision for Kidz Ablaze children's ministry is...to effect a change in our area. Not only in the area of this ministry, but in the area our personal lives, which is the starting point for change. When we begin effecting changes in our individual lives, then as a result our group or team changes thus resulting in a changed ministry that will inevitably effect a change in this city for God. 

      No more crumbs. Beginning with Chris and I, Being the heads over this ministry. Our vision for us. No longer will we offer our kids crumbs. The lack of growth in them is a lack on our part. Lack of study, time and preparation has caused a spiritually malnourished group of kids to emerge. They deserve the best. We will serve under our pastor to serve the church. We will spend quality time preparing for lessons and praying for our children and staff. We will become disciplined, godly role models.

      Birds of a feather,  flock together. As a team , discipline and organization lacked in the past. But this is changing, as the change starts with leadership and flows down our staff will become better disciplined and prepared for lessons as well. Before service times begin each will know their responsibilities and be able to carry them out, deleting as much dead space in our services as possible. I pray that such a closeness develops within us as a team that we all can sense the moving of the Spirit and know what needs to be done without asking for direction from us. The leadership will be able to function without constant directions from us.

      "Who are these kids?'' I want this to be the expression of those who see our children. Let the change that happens in their lives as they draw nearer to God, Be so evident that people will want to know "what's going on". As we all change to flow in God, there will  be changes, we can't stay the same, growth must happen. May this be a year of spiritual nourishment for us, the team and our children.
