Last Sunday night 08/22/10 at Christian Chapel Missionary Baptist was one of my highest points in many years. This was special because it is the fulfilling of a dream given to me 20 years ago to be a small part in helping God bring together the Churches of our city, for years, cooking breakfast, serving good food and coffee did not get it launched. I backed off for a while and just prayed for Holy Spirit to cause it to come forth in His timing.
     We changed our ministerial assoc. name from Demopolis Christian Ministerial Assoc. to Blackbelt Christian Ministerial Association. We made a spiritual commitment to God to reach out past our city boundaries into a 50 mile radius. To reach out to bring together our Jesus believing churches every 5th Sunday at locations large enough to hold 400-500 people who faithfully come. We believe soon we will have to hold our services in the new coliseum!
