Lead youth to a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.
Disciple youth to become mature, fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ
Teach youth in the disciplines of personal devotions, worship, prayer, tithing, ministry, mission, commitment, and kingdom living.
Train youth to share their story; build relationships with the unchurched.
Develop their gifts and graces, and to become leaders.
Teach youth life skills, relationship skills, listening skills, and ministry skills.
Challenge youth in ways that will enable them to reach their full potential/ Christ image.
Provide opportunities for youth to participate in and/or lead worship, small groups, and teaching sessions.
Utilize the arts, music, and story-telling in portraying the Good News and hope of a risen savior.
